MY RECIPES

 CHOCOLATE CHEESE
INGREDIENTS :
- 6 Egg yolks
- 4 Egg whites
- 100 grams margarine
- 100 grams dark cooking chocolate
- 50 grams butter
- 100 grams wheat flour
- 125 grams cane sugar
- 25 grams chocolate powder
- 50 ml milk
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla powder
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 25 grams Cheddar Cheese ( grated )

METHODS :
- Chopped 100 grams dark cooking chocolate and 100 grams margarine, melted
- Beat the egg yolks and cane sugar until pale
- Insert 50 grams butter, baking powder and vanilla powder
- Enter the wheat flour and cocoa powder
- Pour the mixture margarine and chocolate melted
- Add milk, stir
- Whipped in separated bowl, 4 egg whites until stiff
- Insert into the dough, bit by bit
- Pour the dough into cake tin ( size 22cm X 22cm X 5cm )
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top
- Bake about 30-45 minute ( 180 degree ) until cooked 
- Leave to cool in the tin and then cut

 COFFEE CAKE STEAMED
INGREDIENTS :
- 300 grams margarine
- 300 grams dark cooking chocolate
- 6 eggs
- 250 grams cane sugar
- 200 ml milk
- 200 grams wheat flour
- 75 grams chocolate powder
- 25 ml coffe extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- for topping : 150 grams dark cooking chocolate, melted
- for decorating : 50 grams white cooking chocolate, melted

METHODS :
- Melted margarine and dark cooking chocolate, seat aside
- Whipped eggs and cane sugar until fluffy and pale
- Enter chocolate powder and milk
- Add the wheat flour and salt 
- Enter margarine and dark cooking chocolate melted
- Add coffe extract, stir
- Pour the dough into the cake tin ( size 15 cm X 30 cm X 5 cm, for 2 tin ) 
- Insert pan into large pan that has been filled with water ( AU BAIN MARIE )
- Bake about 30 - 45 minute ( 180 degree ), until cooked
- Leave to cool in the tin
- When the cake is cold, flush the top of cake with dark cooking chocolate melted and decorated with white cooking chocolate. 
- Put in the refrigerator for 10 minute and then remove and cut


MARBLE STEAMED
INGREDIENTS :
- 5 Egg yolks
- 4 Egg whites
- 100 grams cane sugar
- 150 grams margarine
-100 grams dark cooking chocolate, melted
- 150 gram wheat flour
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 50 grams milk powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon vanilla powder
- 1/2 tablespoon ovalet

METHODS :
- Whipped egg yolks, egg whites and cane sugar until fluffy and thick
- Enter the margarine and ovalet
- Add the wheat flour, corn flour, milk powder,  stirring until blended
- Separate the dough into two parts
- Add dark cooking chocolate melted into one portion of dough
- Pour the white dough and chocolate dough into the round cake tin, alternately
- Stir with a fork, to form marble pattern 
- Steamed into the pan steamer about 20 - 30 minute until cooked
- Leave to cool in the tin, then turn it out onto a wire rack to cool completely
- When the cake is cold, decorate with butter cream, cherry red or other fruit
